These Terms & Conditions describe how MOM-entum provides its services. By creating an account, submitting an intake form, or using a MOM-entum practice app, you agree to these terms. If you have any questions, please contact us before submitting a request.
1. Service description
MOM-entum converts your child's real class materials (tests, study guides, notes, and worksheets) into a personalized summary and practice app. The goal is to help your child feel more prepared for quizzes, tests, and exams by practicing questions that are closely aligned with the material from class.
MOM-entum does not replace your child's teacher, school, or curriculum. We do not guarantee specific grades or outcomes, and we do not provide formal educational assessments, diagnoses, or special-education services.
2. What you agree to provide
- Accurate information about your child's name, grade, and subject.
- Clear uploads of school materials that belong to your child and are relevant to the request.
- Only the minimum personal information necessary to build the practice app.
3. Limits of each request
Each MOM-entum request covers one subject and up to three tests or units. If you upload materials for more than one subject, or more than three units, MOM-entum may select the clearest and most relevant materials to use when building your child's summary and practice app.
4. Turnaround time
Typical turnaround is 24–48 hours once your uploads are received. During busy periods or if materials are unclear or incomplete, timing may vary. If there is a delay, we will do our best to communicate with you.
5. Appropriate use
You may use the practice app and summary for your household's personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to resell, distribute, or publicly post MOM-entum content without written permission.
6. No guarantees
While MOM-entum is designed to support better preparation, we cannot guarantee specific grades, test scores, or academic outcomes. Many factors influence performance, including classroom teaching, test conditions, and individual learning needs.
7. Refunds
Because each practice app is custom-built from your child's materials, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you feel something is not working as expected, please contact us within 7 days and we'll review together.
8. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated over time as MOM-entum grows. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of MOM-entum after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.
